Ms. Santos has over 20 years of experience working for the São Paulo State government, initially in the real estate area with emphasis on social-interest housing and later in the public health area. She has extensive experience in matters related to how public authorities work, implementation of public-private partnership, either in the third sector or partnerships governed by the Federal Law No. 11079/2004. She also has extensive knowledge of public management and implementation of public policies.
